Run the Morrowind Code Patch application. Unzip Morrrowind Code Patch and drop the files into the new game directory you created, within the "Morrowind GOTY English" (or the folder corresponding to the language you ran the game in when you first booted it up). For example, I booted the game up in english, So game exe and launcher files found in the "Morrowind GOTY French" folder did not copy. All files that are relevant for the language you use will copy properly.
